DSNP Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DSNP Project/Program Manager to oversee program management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer small programs or phases of larger programs to meet objectives
• Monitor program progress and document results through reports and presentations
• Handle vendor management and ensure compliance with service level agreements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 3+ years of experience in a related field, or 5+ years in lieu of a degree
• Knowledge of DSNP clinical quality improvement operations and HEDIS
