Job Summary

A company is looking for a DTP & QA Team Lead to oversee in-house Desktop Publishing and Quality Assurance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of QA and DTP specialists, including performance management and feedback
• Ensure formatting accuracy and compliance with client standards while overseeing multilingual layouts
• Build and document scalable workflows to improve productivity and drive operational rigor

Qualifications

• 5+ years in localization/multilingual production
• Strong hands-on DTP expertise, specifically with Adobe InDesign
• Experience with complex multilingual layouts
• 2+ years of team leadership experience with performance management
• Experience in process improvement and workflow documentation
