DTP Operator
Job Summary
To support the Delivery Excellence Team, the part-time DTP Operator will create and format print materials, including textbooks and presentations, while working both onsite and remotely in Tokyo for a duration of 3-6 months.
Key responsibilities
- Create print materials such as textbooks, worksheets, and slide presentations using InDesign
- Localize and format documents provided by headquarters or created in-house
- Manage the entire process from master page setup to proofreading and submission for large documents
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years of professional experience with InDesign
- Ability to independently handle the entire process for documents of approximately 200 pages
- Basic proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Basic proficiency in both Windows and Mac operating systems
