DTP Operator

Job Summary

To support the Delivery Excellence Team, the part-time DTP Operator will create print materials such as textbooks and worksheets, localize data using InDesign, and format documents from Word or PowerPoint, with a flexible work arrangement of 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.

Key responsibilities

• Create and format print materials, including textbooks and worksheets, using InDesign
• Localize data provided by U.S. headquarters and format documents in Word or PowerPoint
• Manage the entire process from master page setup to proofreading and submission for large documents

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience with InDesign
• Ability to independently handle document setup and proofreading for books of approximately 200 pages
• Basic proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Basic proficiency in both Windows and Mac operating systems
