Dual Certified Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dual Certified Primary Care/Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform medical and behavioral health assessments and diagnose psychiatric disorders
• Provide exemplary customer service and maintain a high NPS score while managing avoidable ER visits
• Document patient histories, treatment plans, and ensure continuity of care through referrals

Required Qualifications

• Dual certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner/Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or equivalent
• 3+ years of PMHNP experience with serious mental illness in inpatient or emergency settings
• 5+ years of FNP experience in primary care or emergency department settings
• 1+ years of telehealth experience
• Strong background in psychiatric diagnosis and psychopharmacological treatments
