Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Strategy Consultant - RPAT.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate and advise plan participants on available Advisory Services to help achieve retirement goals
• Utilize the Empower Best Interest Profile tool to provide fiduciary recommendations and assist with account management
• Identify opportunities for increasing assets under management through proactive retirement planning discussions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial industry experience
• Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or Series 63 and Series 65) registrations required
• Goal-oriented with a focus on retention and growth of managed accounts
• Experience in a metrics/activity driven team environment
