Duals Policy Advisor

Job Summary

To support the Duals Integration Office, the full-time remote Duals Strategy and Policy Advisor will conduct research and analysis on policy proposals, manage functional policy portfolios, and develop communications materials to advance the organization's objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects related to health policy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and demonstrating flexibility in ambiguous situations
• Analyze legislation and regulations impacting Centene plans, providing strategic insights and policy expertise to stakeholders
• Develop position papers, presentations, and comment letters in response to legislative proposals with minimal oversight

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Policy, Public Policy, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in health policy, public policy, healthcare analytics, or related fields
• Proven ability to deliver effective written and oral communications to diverse stakeholders
• Experience in prioritizing and adapting to rapid changes in business needs
• Strong relationship development skills with internal and external stakeholders
