Job Summary

A company is looking for a Due Diligence Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain compliance due diligence activities related to third-party anti-bribery and anti-corruption programs
• Analyze and validate due diligence reports, including ownership and legal status of third parties
• Provide final reports with findings and recommendations to business units and support compliance initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a professional environment
• Good working knowledge of due diligence and basic understanding of Anti-money Laundering and regulatory requirements
• Experience in conducting due diligence or Know Your Customer (KYC) activities is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple work-streams and ensure compliance protocols are applied correctly
• Cultural awareness and sound business acumen
