Key Responsibilities

Review loan packages and underwriting guidelines to identify necessary documentation
Audit loans for salability and conduct final reviews for accuracy and completeness
Document discrepancies and ensure proper data entry into the system of record

Required Qualifications

3 years of experience in Quality Control/Due Diligence/Secondary Market
Knowledge of compliance regulations and documentation in mortgage lending
Experience with Mavent and Lauramac is preferred
High technical aptitude with familiarity in Slack, Zoom, GSuite, and Microsoft Office
