Due Diligence Conditions Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conditions Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Review mortgage loan files for accuracy and required documentation
• Identify outstanding stipulations and validate submitted documents for verification
• Ensure compliance with seller or investor guidelines and update due diligence systems accordingly

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of current Due Diligence experience
• 5+ years of experience in underwriting, preferably in Quality Control and Non-QM loan types
• Experience with LauraMac is a must
• Strong knowledge of Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac guidelines and Non-QM loan processes
• Ability to analyze complex transactions and work independently in a high-volume environment
