Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Agent (Talent Pooling).

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inquiries and requests via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues as necessary
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies, acting as the brand's voice
Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Customer Service or BPO environment
  • Native or near-native fluency in Dutch and excellent command of English
  • Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software quickly
  • High school diploma or equivalent
