Job Summary
A company is looking for a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Agent (Talent Pooling).
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries and requests via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues as necessary
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies, acting as the brand's voice
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a Customer Service or BPO environment
- Native or near-native fluency in Dutch and excellent command of English
- Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software quickly
- High school diploma or equivalent
