Dutch-speaking Full Cycle Recruiter

Job Summary

Proficient in both English and Dutch, the full-time salaried Full Cycle Recruiter will execute sourcing strategies focused on passive candidates, act as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers, and ensure recruitment delivery meets account SLAs and KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment delivery process to fulfill open vacancies and meet performance metrics
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment trends and market intelligence to influence decisions
• Monitor and analyze recruitment activities for accurate volume forecasting in designated business areas

Required qualifications

• Proficient in English and Dutch
• Prior experience in end-to-end recruitment within the staffing industry
• Successful experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Strong knowledge of technology including ATS/CRM, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
