Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dutch Technical Support Specialist II to assist clinicians and biomedical teams with sensory equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of support cases and guide users through troubleshooting and setup
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues while documenting in Salesforce
  • Host live remote sessions to reproduce issues and decide on the appropriate resolution path
Required Qualifications
  • C1/C2 Dutch proficiency (CEFR or equivalent)
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support involving hardware or software troubleshooting
  • Solid understanding of Windows and basic networking
  • Experience documenting cases in a CRM like Salesforce
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn medical device workflows
