Job Summary
A company is looking for a Dutch Technical Support Specialist II to assist clinicians and biomedical teams with sensory equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of support cases and guide users through troubleshooting and setup
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues while documenting in Salesforce
- Host live remote sessions to reproduce issues and decide on the appropriate resolution path
Required Qualifications
- C1/C2 Dutch proficiency (CEFR or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support involving hardware or software troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of Windows and basic networking
- Experience documenting cases in a CRM like Salesforce
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn medical device workflows
