Job Summary

A company is looking for a NAV/BC Senior Consultant - Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and configure ERP systems accordingly
• Manage customer support tickets to ensure timely resolution and high satisfaction
• Provide training and ongoing support to clients, while mentoring other consultants

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
• Dynamics Business Central certifications
• Experience in a support environment and interfacing with end-users
• Strong understanding of Business Central in the relevant focus area
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is preferred
