Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dynamics 365 Business Analyst with Field Service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Business Analyst for Dynamics 365, focusing on Field Service modules
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance service delivery workflows and support system integrations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Business Analyst or Functional Consultant
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service
• Strong understanding of service operations, work order lifecycle, and asset management
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools for requirements tracking and testing
