Dynamics 365 CE Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CE Senior Consultant responsible for leading end-to-end implementations and optimizations of D365 Field Service for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead workshops to gather and refine business requirements for field service and asset management
• Design and configure end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE Field Service solutions
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and customizations

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Dynamics CRM applications, with 3+ years in Field Service implementations
• Proven track record of leading multiple full lifecycle D365 CE Field Service projects
• Strong functional knowledge of work orders, service tasks, inventory, and resource scheduling
• Experience with Power Platform components to extend Field Service capabilities
• Solid understanding of D365 CE concepts, including security model and business process flows
