Dynamics 365 CE Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking a part-time to full-time Dynamics 365 CE Consultant, this remote contract position will configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE environments, support CRM implementations, and assist with integrations and data migration activities.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE environments and build workflows using Power Automate
• Support CRM implementations, enhancements, and optimization projects while troubleshooting issues
• Translate business requirements into practical CRM solutions and partner with technical resources for custom development

Required qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
• Ability to independently configure and administer CE environments
• Experience with Power Platform, particularly Power Automate
• Understanding of integrations, data management, and CRM best practices
• Self-directed consultant capable of managing projects with minimal oversight
