Job Summary
Fluent in French and English, the contract Customer Engineer for Dynamics 365 CE will work remotely to guide enterprise-level customers in designing, deploying, and optimizing Dynamics 365 implementations while establishing strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring successful service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders at assigned customers
- Develop and execute service delivery plans, educating customers and assessing their implementations
- Deliver technical training and troubleshoot customer issues to ensure successful delivery outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English and French
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform technologies
- Experience in consulting or customer-facing roles with technical training delivery
- Hands-on development experience with client-side scripting and server-side logic in Dynamics 365 CE
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
