Job Summary
Fluent in French and English, the fully remote Customer Engineer for Dynamics 365 CE will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, managing service delivery and optimizing Dynamics 365 CE implementations over a 12-month contract.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with enterprise stakeholders as a subject matter expert
- Develop and optimize service delivery plans for Dynamics 365 CE implementations
- Deliver technical training and troubleshoot issues to ensure customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Fluency in French and English (verbal and written)
- Proven consulting experience in customer-facing roles with enterprise clients
- In-depth technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules, especially Customer Insights/Marketing
- Hands-on expertise with Power Platform components: Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate
- Experience in environment management and troubleshooting complex issues
