Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders at assigned customers
  • Develop and execute service delivery plans to ensure best practice execution and customer success
  • Deliver technical training and assist in enhancing training materials through feedback
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM infrastructure installation, configuration, and customization
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online and Power Platform technologies
  • Experience in CRM performance tuning and troubleshooting, including SQL and IIS
  • Familiarity with application lifecycle management and integration experience
  • Experience authoring technical training materials
