Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Dynamics 365 CRM Developer will design, build, and support custom Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions for mid-market organizations, collaborating with clients and consulting teams to solve complex technical challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Dynamics 365 CE solutions using C#, .NET, and JavaScript
• Build plugins, custom workflows, and Power Platform extensions while participating in CRM migration projects
• Gather technical requirements from clients and lead technical discussions and solution reviews

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement development experience
• Strong experience in Dynamics 365 Online (cloud) and advanced C#/.NET development
• Proficient in JavaScript for client-side customization and developing PCF controls
• Experience with KingswaySoft or similar migration tools and designing technical CRM solutions
• Comfortable working directly with clients and translating business requirements into technical solutions
