A company is looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Support Specialist to manage and support their enterprise CRM platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support and troubleshoot issues within the CRM platform
- Train users and manage support tickets to enhance user experience

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer support experience, including at least 1 year as a software subject matter expert
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong experience in supporting enterprise CRM systems and end users
- Experience managing and resolving support tickets
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
