Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Support Specialist to manage and support their enterprise CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-user support and troubleshoot issues within the CRM platform

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of customer support experience, including at least 1 year as a software subject matter expert
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Strong experience in supporting enterprise CRM systems and end users
  • Experience managing and resolving support tickets
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
