Dynamics 365 CRM Tester
Job Summary
To enhance testing efforts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CE) and Finance (FO), the remote Dynamics 365 CRM Tester will design and execute test plans, manage test cases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a SAFe Agile environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans including functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing
- Manage and execute manual and automated test cases using tools such as Azure DevOps and Selenium
- Document defects and test results while supporting end-user testing and feature walkthroughs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of software testing experience, including manual and automated testing
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Finance
- Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools and methodologies
- Experience with test management tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira
