Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and integrate Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions
• Administer and maintain the Dynamics 365 solution in production, managing user roles and permissions
• Provide post-production technical support and collaborate with IT and business teams on application functionality

Required Qualifications

• Experience with MS D365 CE capabilities and architecture
• Proficient in Plug-In and Portal development, along with Power Platform (Dataverse, flows, PowerApps)
• Familiarity with agile implementation methodologies
• Ability to follow change control procedures and manage deployments
• Experience in technical design deliverables and documentation
