Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer for a 100% remote position supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service)
• Configure Dynamics modules to meet business requirements and automate processes
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide ongoing support for Dynamics 365 solutions

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service)
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization and development using JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Power Platform
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics products supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for Dynamics 365 development
