Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dynamics 365 Developer & Support Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance Dynamics 365 applications aligned with best practices
• Build and maintain Power Platform components and develop custom plugins and integrations using C# and .NET
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for Dynamics CRM applications and monitor CRM performance

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 3+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 development and support
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and version control systems like BitBucket
• Proven technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration and customization
• Strong experience in C# and .NET for developing custom plugins and workflows
• Proficiency in SQL Server database management and optimization
