Job Summary

A company is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to support a Department of Veterans Affairs project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations in Dynamics 365 (Customer Service)
• Configure entities, forms, views, business rules, and process automation to meet business needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service)
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development (JavaScript, C#, .NET, Power Platform)
• Experience with Dynamics APIs, web services, and integration tools
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate
