Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure Dynamics 365 Customer Service Workspace and Customer Insights solutions
- Integrate external systems and develop Power Automate flows for process automation
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and ensure quality delivery of solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or MCA
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform and Azure Services
- Experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics and Azure are preferred
