Dynamics 365 Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing insurance client, the contract-to-hire Dynamics 365 Engineer will develop, implement, and maintain CRM deployments while collaborating with various teams in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide production support for MS Dynamics/CRM applications and develop custom features
• Update and support Microsoft Powerautomate, Azure Function Apps, and Logic Apps
• Consult with business teams to modernize processes and create documentation for new applications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field
• At least 3 years of hands-on development experience with CRM solutions, specifically D365/CRM
• 2+ years of experience building PowerApps and Flow structure-driven applications
• 5+ years of overall IT experience
• Demonstrated expertise in D365 CRM, Power Platform, C#, .NET development, and Azure
