Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dynamics 365 Lead Consultant - Field Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Dynamics 365 Field Service implementations, including discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Configure solutions related to work orders, service agreements, and asset management while troubleshooting issues throughout the project lifecycle
• Engage with stakeholders and mentor project teams to ensure quality deliverables and adherence to best practices

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365, specializing in Field Service
• Proven experience in a billable consulting role with a strong understanding of field service operations
• Hands-on experience designing and configuring Dynamics 365 solutions, including Power Apps and Power Automate
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and improvement within Dynamics and Power Platform
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on accountability for delivery success
