Dynamics 365 F&O Architect

Job Summary

To lead architecture and development initiatives, the remote Dynamics 365 F&O Architect will design scalable solutions for Finance and Supply Chain Management while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and optimizing performance across multi-region deployments.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design and development of D365 F&O customizations and enhancements using X++, Power Platform, and extensibility frameworks
• Define and implement data models and security architecture aligned with healthcare compliance and audit requirements
• Oversee DevOps processes for CI/CD pipelines and conduct code reviews and performance tuning for high-volume transactional workloads

Required qualifications:

• 8-12 years of overall IT experience, with 5+ years in D365 F&O / AX development
• 3+ years as a Technical Architect or Senior Developer with experience in delivering 3+ full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations
• Hands-on experience with X++ development and Azure integrations, as well as familiarity with ERP process flows
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Preferred Microsoft Certifications: MB-300, MB-500, MB-700, and healthcare industry exposure is a plus
