Dynamics 365 Project Manager
Job Summary
To lead the continuous improvement of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, the remote Dynamics 365 Project Manager will manage sprint delivery across CRM, Field Service, and Business Central ERP, ensuring effective collaboration with product teams and stakeholders while applying business analysis expertise.
Key responsibilities:
- Own sprint delivery in Jira, running Scrum ceremonies and maintaining accurate work status
- Refine AI-assisted requirement drafts into complete user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sprint activity, communicating status and risks to stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with at least one Microsoft Dynamics 365 application in a delivery or business analysis role
- Proven project management experience in Agile/Scrum delivery, including sprint planning and backlog refinement
- Demonstrated business analysis skills, particularly in user story writing and requirements refinement
- Proficiency with Atlassian Jira for work item management and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
