Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dynamics 365 Sales CRM Architect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define CRM platform strategy, roadmap, and architectural direction with business and IT leadership
  • Oversee the design, development, testing, and implementation of CRM solutions, ensuring adherence to SDLC controls
  • Provide architectural guidance and support for planning, business cases, and prioritization decisions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience or 14 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales in enterprise environments
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Platform, and CRM business processes
  • Experience designing and governing multi-environment, enterprise-scale SaaS implementations
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and architecture governance
