Job Summary
To support a growing optimization practice, the full-time Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Consultant will lead post-go-live enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives for clients already utilizing D365 SCM, focusing on optimizing inventory, procurement, and warehouse operations while working remotely with occasional on-site visits.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and optimize existing D365 Supply Chain Management environments to enhance performance and adoption
- Advise clients on supply chain process improvements and develop prioritized enhancement roadmaps
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation to streamline supply chain processes and reduce manual effort
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with D365 Supply Chain Management, particularly in live production environments
- Strong understanding of core D365 SCM modules and supply chain processes
- Proven ability to translate business pain points into actionable improvement plans
- Experience engaging with C-suite and director-level stakeholders to address system usage and optimization issues
