Dynamics 365 Senior Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Dynamics 365 Architect to lead solution design, client engagement, and delivery for Dynamics 365 implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and configuration of Dynamics 365 solutions across Sales, Project Operations, and Customer Service
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, facilitating workshops and presenting solution designs to executive audiences
• Develop and deliver training for users and support change management and user adoption strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Dynamics 365 consulting experience
• Deep functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise, Project Operations, and Customer Service
• Proven experience driving Dynamics 365 implementations end-to-end
• Strong understanding of business processes across sales, service, and project delivery
• Experience working directly with executive leadership teams
