Job Summary

Dynamics CRM Architect designs technical solutions and oversees development for Dynamics 365 & Power Platform, ensuring alignment with business needs and organizational strategies in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop technical application blueprints and ensure alignment with best practices
Guide and mentor CRM developers, overseeing customizations and core development tasks
Monitor system performance, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure security compliance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required
8+ years of experience in Technical Architecture of Dynamics CRM & Power Platform solutions
8+ years of design and development experience in Power Platform & Dynamics CRM modules
8+ years of strong experience in C#, .Net, Javascript, and CI/CD automation
5+ years of experience in Power Platform customization and Agile methodology preferred
