Dynamics CRM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide pre-sales consultations and conduct business assessments to evaluate client needs
• Architect and implement solutions using Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service, managing project timelines and budgets
• Develop training materials and provide post-implementation support to ensure user adoption and system optimization

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Solution Architect within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem
• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules, specifically Sales and Customer Service
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform and experience with Power Automate
• Familiarity with data integration concepts and API integrations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
