Dynamics CRM Consultant Lead

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote Dynamics CRM Consultant Lead will drive projects and deliver Dynamics 365 solutions while collaborating with clients to understand complex business requirements and ensuring effective integration of external systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the installation, setup, and configuration of Dynamics 365 and associated applications
• Create functional requirements and technical documentation for customizations and integrations
• Collaborate with architects and developers to perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Azure AD, API development, and Power Platform technologies including Power Automate and PowerApps
• Experience with Custom Workflow Activity and Plugin development in C#
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and address complex business cases
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and technical documentation practices
