A company is looking for a Dynamics CRM Developer to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365 components, including model-driven and canvas apps
• Lead the design and architecture of complex Dynamics 365 solutions while mentoring junior developers
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes and champion continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 or a related development environment
• Knowledge of C#, .NET, TypeScript, JavaScript, or other programming languages
• Experience with "AGILE + DevOps" process management methodology
• Solid understanding of insurance business processes and industry-specific challenges (preferred)
