Dynamics CRM Developer

Job Summary

To support the development of complex Microsoft Dynamics software systems, the remote contract Dynamics CRM Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and promoting best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet complex business requirements
• Translate business needs into technical designs and implement them in code, ensuring high-quality standards through code reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions that integrate with enterprise systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience (9 years in IT environment in lieu of degree)
• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and related technologies
• Experience implementing RESTful APIs using MuleSoft and expertise in advanced programming concepts
• Strong understanding of software development practices, SDLC, and DevOps processes
• Proven ability to lead development efforts and mentor junior developers
