Required Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise-level support and administration of Dynamics CRM
• Proficiency in CRM infrastructure installation, configuration, and customization
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online and Power Platform technologies
• Experience with application lifecycle management and CRM performance tuning
• Familiarity with SQL, IIS, and networking for business application performance
