Job Summary
A company is looking for a Dynamics Customer Engagement Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize Dynamics Customer Engagement functional skills
- Support enterprise D365 CE production environments and resolve complex application issues
- Implement business process re-engineering and adoption-focused design strategies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software engineering, IT consulting, architecture, or application development
- Expertise in Customer Service configuration, Customer Insights, and business process re-engineering
- Understanding of cross workload CE concepts including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing
- Familiarity with Dataverse security architecture and performance-aware configuration
- Experience with Power Platform and Dynamics AX 2012 or D365 CE certifications is preferred
