Dynamics Functional Architect
Job Summary
Owning the functional design and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, the fully remote Dynamics Functional Architect will manage the setup of Customer Service, Sales Hub, and Customer Insights - Journeys while collaborating with Dynamics and Operations teams to create scalable solutions and support post-launch adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the configuration and ongoing development of Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including case lifecycles and knowledge management
- Design and maintain Sales Hub processes for referral, intake, and growth workflows
- Build and maintain Customer Insights - Journeys segments, journeys, and communication workflows
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform experience
- Deep functional expertise with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Sales
- Experience with Customer Insights - Journeys or a comparable marketing automation platform
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience managing solutions and application lifecycle management (ALM)
