Dynamics Junior Architect
Job Summary
Supporting the day-to-day operation of Microsoft Dynamics 365, the fully remote Dynamics Junior Architect will provide first-line user support, manage platform requests, and troubleshoot integration issues while developing expertise in business processes and connected systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for Dynamics users by troubleshooting, resolving, and escalating issues
- Manage routine platform requests, including user access, security roles, and data corrections
- Monitor Power Automate flows and investigate system failures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong willingness to learn and understand business systems and processes
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or other CRM/business applications preferred
- Familiarity with Power Automate, model-driven Power Apps, or Dataverse preferred
- Experience with scripting/programming (Python, JavaScript, or C#), SQL, or data analysis preferred
