Dynatrace Consultant

Job Summary

To enhance customer experience through effective technology adoption, the remote Dynatrace Consultant will manage the deployment and administration of Dynatrace environments, ensuring high-quality delivery and integration of advanced observability features.

Key responsibilities

• Expand Dynatrace Gen3 deployment by integrating various observability use cases and managing trusted environments
• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with clients to align technical objectives with effective Dynatrace implementations
• Support customer adoption of AI capabilities and educate clients on best practices for operational maturity

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Dynatrace engineer or consultant
• Dynatrace Associate certification (or equivalent experience) with the ability to quickly attain Professional level
• Proven experience in deploying and managing Dynatrace environments in both SaaS and Managed implementations
• Strong understanding of Dynatrace architecture, best practices, and core capabilities
• Hands-on expertise with OneAgent and ActiveGate deployment, troubleshooting, and extensions
