Dynatrace Consultant

Job Summary

To enhance Dynatrace Gen3 deployments, the remote Dynatrace Consultant will manage integrations, serve as a subject matter expert, and support customer adoption of AI capabilities while ensuring effective monitoring of critical business systems.

Key responsibilities

• Expand Dynatrace Gen3 deployment by integrating various observability use cases
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Dynatrace environments, including OneAgent and ActiveGates
• Educate and mentor customers on Dynatrace best practices and emerging AI-driven capabilities

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Dynatrace engineer or consultant
• Dynatrace Associate certification (or equivalent experience), with the ability to attain Professional level
• Proven experience in deploying and managing Dynatrace environments
• Strong understanding of Dynatrace architecture and core capabilities
• Experience with Grail and Dynatrace log management or foundational knowledge
