Dynatrace Consultant

Job Summary

To support a remote consulting initiative, the Dynatrace Consultant will expand Dynatrace Gen3 deployments, act as a subject matter expert, and partner with customers to implement effective monitoring solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Expand existing Dynatrace Gen3 deployment to integrate various observability use cases
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Dynatrace environments while supporting customer adoption of AI capabilities
• Educate customers on best practices and assist in aligning Dynatrace features with their workflows

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Dynatrace engineer or consultant
• Dynatrace Associate certification (or equivalent experience) with the ability to achieve Professional level
• Proven experience deploying and managing Dynatrace environments
• Strong understanding of Dynatrace architecture and core capabilities
• Experience with OneAgent and ActiveGate deployment and troubleshooting
