Dynatrace Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the remote Dynatrace Consultant will expand Dynatrace Gen3 deployments, act as a subject matter expert, and partner with customers to implement effective monitoring solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Expand existing Dynatrace Gen3 deployment to include various observability integrations and onboarding portals
• Deploy, configure, administer, and maintain Dynatrace environments while supporting customer adoption of AI capabilities
• Educate customers on best practices and emerging observability capabilities as part of their Dynatrace roadmap

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Dynatrace engineer or consultant
• Dynatrace Associate certification (or equivalent experience) with the ability to attain Professional level quickly
• Proven experience deploying and managing Dynatrace environments and understanding of its architecture
• Hands-on expertise with OneAgent and ActiveGate deployment and troubleshooting
• Experience analyzing performance data across applications, systems, and networks
