Dynatrace Developer

Job Summary

Supporting a large federal government healthcare modernization project, the full-time Dynatrace Developer will enhance monitoring and observability of enterprise Salesforce applications remotely by configuring solutions and identifying performance issues.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynatrace dashboards, reports, and alerts for Salesforce application monitoring
• Develop insights into user actions and key application performance events to improve operational visibility
• Partner with cross-functional teams to proactively identify and resolve performance issues across critical healthcare systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a Dynatrace Developer role
• Hands-on experience configuring and administering Dynatrace monitoring solutions
• Experience supporting Salesforce application monitoring and performance optimization in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of synthetic monitoring and application performance monitoring (APM) concepts
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams in an Agile environment
