Dynatrace Implementation Specialist
Job Summary
To support the deployment and configuration of the Dynatrace platform, the full-time Dynatrace Implementation Specialist will implement monitoring solutions across various environments, configure integrations with ITSM tools, and create documentation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Implement Dynatrace across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments, ensuring successful rollout and issue resolution
- Configure monitoring services, dashboards, and alerts tailored to business applications and infrastructure needs
- Create and maintain documentation, including implementation guides and operational procedures, while facilitating knowledge transfer to teams
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience with Dynatrace implementations
- Strong knowledge of applications and infrastructure system design patterns in traditional and cloud environments
- Dynatrace Associate, Implementation, or Administration professional certification
- 6-10 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred but not necessary
